I wanted to share a bit of my trip to D.C.
We headed to D.C. on Friday evening. Saturday was our tourist day. We had all been to D.C. before for work but had not been able to see all of the sites. So, we went to the Smithsonian and to the Lincoln Memorial.

On Sunday, I met up with some girls that I graduated with from graduate school and we had a late lunch and then explored Georgetown (by 'explore' I mean we gobbled cup cakes...).

Monday was Inauguration day! We had gold tickets which weren't awesome but they weren't terrible either.

I will be back on Thursday for a weigh-in post. I am just going to warn you all, it won't be pretty. I didn't track my food at all this weekend. The only good thing I have going for me is that I walked about 47 miles around D.C. However, I am back on track this week! One of my friends sent me a free trial of Shakeology that I am going to try this week. I will let you all know what I think. It is super expensive so I would have to REALLY like it in order to regularly order it.
I'm drooling from the diamonds and the cupcakes! I heard both Georgetown and Sprinkles are awesome!!

Please do a review of Shakeology... I've seen generally bad reviews and a couple of bloggers swear by it!
