Weigh-In and a Smoothie Recipe!

Today was my weekly weigh-in and I am wearing a big smile :)

-2.4 lbs
22 lbs from final goal

My Weight Watchers app yelled at me a little because you aren't supposed to lose more than 2 lbs in one week. However, I know I was healthy with my weight loss so I am not worried about it. Here is my Weight Watchers summary for the week for those of you doing WW:

I earned 15 activity points (used them all)
I used 19 weekly points
Total extra points used: 34

Today, Amy over at The Story of Us is hosting a Super Bowl Recipe Linkup. You should go check it out! My husband and I rarely watch the Super Bowl and if we do we just order pizza :). So, I am linking up with a smoothie recipe! Maybe you could have this for breakfast since you will splurge the rest of the day!

Frozen Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

ingredients:
-1 medium frozen banana
-8 oz. skim milk
-2 rounded tablespoons peanut butter

Makes 1 smoothie- 7 WW points, about 300 calories

Make sure to peel and slice the banana before freezing it

Add milk first

Then peanut butter, then your banana

Blend on high until the bananas are blended well

And viola!
