Weigh-In Wednesday Link-Up
Today's post is short and sweet. I have not had my coffee yet and I have a ton of work to do!
I did not lose any weight this week. No gain though. I am not too surprised after my 2.4 pound loss last week.
I did really well for the second week in a row with my eating and exercising. I had 20 Activity Points and only ate 10 of my 49 Weekly Allowance Points. I was able to still eat out twice I just made much smarter choices! Yesterday however I ate as if the world were ending. Everything I ate was relatively healthy but I just ate a TON! I was so hungry all day! It was probably just hormones but it was good to have some extra points left to use so that I didn't feel like I was blowing my whole week.
