I know I am a day late for the link-up... better late than never, right?
I have had such a busy week and did not walk Wednesday or yesterday so I need to make up for it today!
My miles/exercise logged this week:
10/4: walked 2 miles
10/5: walked 2 miles
10/6: walked 2 miles
10/7: taught ZUMBA (60 minutes)
10/8: walked 3 miles
Weekly total: 9 miles
Monthly total: 10 miles
I have registered for a 5K that will be October 26th which means I need to throw in a few more 3 mile walks. I have decided to take it easier on the jogging although I would like to fit more in during my walks. I have found that intervals of running/jogging help keep my heart rate up and keep a sweat going.
